April 11, 2003 Police received a theft complaint from a resident of Valley View Tower. The complainant stated that her pet fish was stolen and placed on her door step for her to find when she left her room.

April 14, 2003 Police responded to Aggie Village on the report of a rodent inside an apartment. The residents were unsure what kind of rodent it was. It was determined that it was a mouse.

USU police responded to the Chase Fine Arts Center on a 911 hang-up call. An individual was found trying to call home. Police helped her make contact with her parents.

Police responded to the Merrill Library on a report that there was a male individual on the third floor walking around without his clothes on.

Police responded to Snow Hall on a report that there was a skunk running around in the building. When police arrived, the skunk was trapped in the first-floor lobby.

April 16, 2003 A caller stated to Logan police that a cow is loose.

An individual reported to the Cache County Sheriff’s Office that a rock hit the window of his car while he was driving. The rock came from the lawn mower of someone who was mowing his lawn.

April 17, 2003 A caller stated to Logan police that the LDS missionaries approached her. She stated that this upset her.

Logan police received a call from a woman stating that her children will not listen to her and have now climbed onto the roof of her home. She would like an officer to come get them down.

The Cache County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a mattress on fire off the side of the road.

April 18, 2003 A caller reported to Logan police that there is a truck with a loud stereo playing all the time. The noise is so loud that it has “broken the complainant’s kidney stones apart.”

Logan police received a report that an individual had told the complainant to call 911, because someone had stolen her keys and left her pickup in the intersection.

An individual stated to Logan police that his parents are kicking him out of the residence and will not let him take his bed.

April 19, 2003 Logan police received a call from the Cache Valley Fun Park of a male individual throwing billiard balls and creating a disturbance while complaining about the price of his pool game.

A caller stated to Logan police that there is a pigeon that acts like it can’t fly but seems tame, like it is a pet.
