Spiritual Gathering

M. Russell Ballard of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints addresses about 8,000 students gathered in the Spectrum on Sunday night. Ballard told those in attendance to draw a line between things they would and wouldn’t do and stick to it. He also urged members to pray sincerely, read and seek to understand the scriptures, believe in Christ and use their time wisely. Ballard told the audience members to seek balance in their lives in pursuing their education, careers and church responsibilities. “You are just as entitled to receive answers to your prayers as the president of the church,” he said.
