Feb. 15, 2003 Logan police received a report that juveniles at a bus stop were throwing garbage into the road.

Feb. 17, 2003 An individual called Logan police and stated that he is nude and would like an officer to bring him some clothing. He stated that he had been drinking.

Feb. 18, 2003 Two people were issued citations at Richards Hall for being minors in possession of alcohol.

Feb. 19, 2003 Police, fire marshals and Logan firefighters responded to the Chase Fine Arts Center on a smell of smoke. The smoke was caused by some freeze joint material smoldering on the south side of the building. The building was evacuated while the burning material was put out. An individual reported a theft to police. Money was taken from a desk in the Taggart Student Center. The incident is under investigation.

Feb. 20, 2003 Police recovered a stolen construction barricade from a room in Richards Hall. The object had been taken from the construction site at Edith Bowen Laboratory School. Police cited an individual with a misdemeanor charge for possession of stolen property.

USU police received a report of lewdness. The case is being investigated.

It was reported to USU police that individuals entered a construction site after workers left for the night and wrote words in wet concrete.

Feb. 21, 2003 A caller reported to Logan police that he found an envelope in his vehicle with a white powdery substance in it.

A city bus driver witnessed a male individual urinating on the bus stop bench.

A caller requested assistance with obtaining fuel from Logan police.

An individual reported to Logan police that his father sent him a Christmas package that went to his old address, and he has not been able to get it from the people who live there now.

A caller reported to Logan police there were two vehicles in traffic yelling at each other.

An individual stated that he received a dirty diaper in the mail with no return address.
