ORC lists summer activities
The summer has started and we are starting some of our summer trips! There are tons of things to do here in Logan for the summer some come drop in and see us for all your outdoor needs.
Some trips that we have planned that you should come join us are,
starting Tuesday June 29 (and everyother Tuesday after) we are starting our tubin’ tuesdays! What we do for that is we carpool up to the Oneida Narrows (which is in Idaho) and we go tubing down the river. It is an awesome place to go, with a few good rapids for tubes, and the water is nice and warm, but not too warm. The cost is $5 for students, and that includes the tube and the PFD, so this is a great deal! What you will need to bring is your swimsuit, towel and a lunch. To register for this just come into the ORC the Monday before the Tuesday you want to go and we will set you up with everything.
Another trip we are doing is going rafting down the Snake River
This will take place on August 12 and we will be meeting at the ORC at 6:00 in the morning and it will be an all day trip, returning to the ORC by 6:00 at night. This is a super fun trip to go on with your friends so be sure to tell them about it too. The cost is $45 (this is super cheap for what you will be doing). The cost includes, the raft, paddles, PFD, instructors, transportation, and snacks. The registration deadline for this trip is August 10 (that is the Tuesday before the trip). To registar for this trip just come on down once again and we will get you all signed up for this fantastic trip! (Space is limited, so first come first served)
Hopefully we will be planning some more trips in the summer so keep a look out, and hope to see you all in here soon.
Have a great summer!
