The Deaf Education Student Association is having a Valentine’s Eve Dance.  Come and have a “Deaf experience” because the speakers will be facing the floor so you can feel the music through your feet. February 13, 7 p.m. at the Sunburst (International) Lounge in the TSC.  No date required, but you will need $3 for yourself to get in.

Join Common Ground Outdoor Adventures for adaptive skiing this winter! Common Ground will provide all necessary adaptive ski equipment and instruction.  Our instructors are trained professionally in adaptive downhill instruction.  We work with participants with blindness/ low vision, physical disabilities, and cognitive disabilities. Common Ground Outdoor Adventures, along with the Qwest Foundation, is excited to announce its Adaptive Peer Mentor Program. This program with will pair students with disabilities from Logan Public Schools with older Peer Mentors from the community. All mentors will be trained by Common Ground Staff and will be responsible for doing outdoor adaptive activities with their partner! April 11, 2009 at 2 p.m. Daphne Lynch will be performing a sophomore Viola Recital accompanied by Cortni Crump on the Clavinova.  Performance is at the USU Amphitheater, admission is free.
