Jones-Olsen

    Kelly and Tene’ Olsen of College Ward are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Camilla Christine Olsen to Derrick J. William Jones, son of Robert and Shalair Jones of West Jordan.
    The couple were married on Tuesday, Dec. 12, in the Logan LDS Temple.
    Camilla graduated in 2004 from Mountain Crest High School. She served full time in the Chile Santiago West LDS Mission from 2007-08. She is currently attending Utah State University, where she will graduate this spring with a degree in political science and philosophy. She intends to continue her education at the University of Utah, pursuing a master’s degree in political theory.
    DJ graduated from Taylorsville High School in 2005. He served full time in the Pennsylvania Philadelphia LDS Mission from 2006-08. He received his associates degree from Salt Lake Community College prior to his mission and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in business intended from the University of Utah. He plans on receiving his MBA with a focus in entrepreneurship.
    Showers were given by Liz Sorenson of North Logan, Teie’ and Mette Olsen of College Ward and Shalair Jones of West Jordan. Special thanks for their support and to all those who attended.
Following the wedding, the couple plans on residing in Taylorsville while continuing their education.
