Jan. 9, 2004

An individual called Utah State University Campus Police to report some money fell out of her pocket at Old Main. The missing money was found and returned to her later that day.

Campus police investigated a report of bike theft. The bike was taken from the bike rack in the area of Mountain View Tower and the individual taking the bike left the front tire.

Jan. 10, 2004

Campus police received a report from Valley View Tower that an underage female individual had been drinking and was sick. The individual was 17 years old and was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and released.

A student reported to campus police several minor female residents of Valley View Tower in the basement who had been drinking alcohol. The four females were cited for minors in possession of alcohol.

Campus police responded to Mountain View Tower on a report that a bicycle without a front wheel had been found in a snow drift. It was found to be the bicycle reported stolen from the same area last week.

Jan. 11, 2004

Campus police responded in four minutes to a fire alarm at Davis Hall. It had been activated by a hairdryer and was reset without any problems.

Campus police responded to a medical assist at Old Main Hill. An individual that was sledding ran into a parked car.

Jan. 12, 2004

Campus police observed a desk in the roadway at 810 E. 1000 North that appeared to have fallen off a truck. Police moved the desk out of the lane of travel.

A student requested assistance from campus police after injuring her finger in the door at the Business Building. Police gave her a ride to the Student Health Center to have the injury looked at.

Jan. 13, 2004

Campus police responded to the Industrial Science Building on the report of individuals shooting potato guns. It was discovered that the Technology Education Club was testing the prize-launching gun that is used in sporting events. No further action was taken.

Jan. 14, 2004

An individual reported to campus police a vehicle driving on the sidewalk. When police arrived, the vehicle was gone.

Jan. 15, 2004

A caller stated to Logan City Police that an alarm at R J Hunt was going off and the jewelry was gone and no one was around.
