Please stop screaming
I am a little confused about something and I was hoping someone could set me straight: Why in the world is everyone getting so upset over the antics of the College Republicans? They have shown not once, but twice so far this year that they are a completely laughable organization. I agree with the “majority”, as they were referred to in the article on Friday. I think that homosexuals have as much right to be married as I do. They are not hurting me and they are not forcing their beliefs onto me, so why should I care whether they are married or not? But I must say that screaming at the College Republicans is not going to do much to further the cause. Yes, it will make us look as silly and judgemental as they are, but it will not prove anything. So do me a favor: Please do something constructive about gay rights and stop screaming!
