Friday, Sept. 23, 2005

* Police received a report of a stolen bicycle from the Fine Arts Center. The investigation is continuing.

* USU Police received a report of three female individuals soliciting in Valley View Tower. A resident assistant told the individuals that they were not allowed to be in the building and that they had to leave. Upon arrival Police found no one in the area.

Saturday, Sept. 24, 2005

* Police responded to an elevator alarm at Mountain View Tower and released two individuals who were trapped in the east elevator.

* Police located a runaway juvenile and transported him to the Cache Valley Youth Center at the request of his mother.

* Just after 1 a.m., USU police assisted Logan City Police with a noisy house party. The party was cleared and several individuals were cited by Logan City Police for minor in possession of alcohol.

* USU Police responded to Bell Field for a soccer injury. One of the Portland players had been struck in the head during the game and was knocked unconscious. Logan City paramedics arrived and transported the player to the hospital.

* Police responded to a medical assist in the Stadium during the football game on a person having a seizure. The subject was transported to Logan Regional Hospital.

Sunday, Sept. 25, 2005

* USU Police responded to the USU Trailer Court on a request to keep the peace with a possible child custody issue. The officers spoke with both parties at their separate residences and it was determined that there would be no further problems or contact today.

Monday, Sept. 26, 2005

* Police were informed by UDOT to block the C-2 parking lot due to a possible mudslide from a water canal that is eroding the hill south of US Highway 89.

* USU Police assisted Student Health services with transporting a suicidal individual to the Logan ER. The individual was transported with no problems.

* USU Police transported an individual to his house after he hurt his ankle at the Fieldhouse.

Tuesday, April 27, 2005

* USU Police received a report that a scooter was stolen from the 700 East free parking lot. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the scooter was impounded by the Parking Office as it was parked in the lot without a permit and in a no parking zone.

* USU Police responded to the B-CPD parking lot to assist Parking enforcement employees with an individual who was removing a boot from his vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle was found in the parking lot with the boot halfway off. Parking employees replaced the boot.
