Aggie Humor Night to be held next Friday

winner of the Funniest Aggie competition on Friday, Sept. 30 at 7:30 p.m. at the TSC ballroom.

The Funniest Aggie competition will be held Thursday, Sept. 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the same location. Contestants can enter the competition by signing up at the Statesman office located in TSC Room 105 before 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27.

The winner of the competition will be chosen by the audience. Contestants are not limited to stand-up. They may also perform a skit, sing a song or anything else that will make the audience laugh. It will be free to students Thursday Friday’s performance will cost $2.

Washburn is a USU graduate and has performed in various festivals and competitions over the last seven years. He has entertained crowds at 17 clubs and 30 colleges across the country and has performed at over 50 corporate shows.

Bagley and Hinkamp frequent comedy clubs in the region. They are both employed at USU and are former students. Hinkamp’s column “Slightly Off Center” runs every other Monday in the Statesman.
