Utah Statesman: Why did you choose USU?

Braden Forsey: Girls, and the atmosphere here – that’s what I mean when I say girls.

US: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Forsey: In either Washington, Oregon or Northern California doing some kind of guidance trips in recreational parks.

US: What is your favorite thing about USU?

Forsey: There is always something going on here.

US: What is your least favorite thing about USU?

Forsey: How hard it is to find a job. Last year I spent four months trying to find a decent job that worked with my schedule.

US: What five words would you use to describe you?

Forsey: Outgoing, low-key, outdoorsy, willing and up for anything.

US: If you had five hours of free time and money was no object, what would you do?

Forsey: Hanglide. Hangliding is something I’ve always wanted to do.

US: If you were famous, what would you want to be famous for?

Forsey: Probably a movie. I mean a charitable donation, that would have to be it.

US: What is your opinion of the True Aggie tradition?

Forsey: Big supporter. Although I’m not a True Aggie yet.

US: What did you have for breakfast?

Forsey: Cottage cheese and apple sauce – a well-balanced meal.

US: Do you have any obscure talents or hobbies?

Forsey: Not really, but I can turn my tongue 360 degrees in my mouth.US: What is your biggest pet peeve?

Forsey: Stupid people. Especially when they drive slow in front of me because they are on their cell phone.

US: In your opinion, what is the best class at USU?

Forsey: Michael Ballam’s USU 1330. There are a ton of people in that class, but it is really interesting to see how music influences the world.

US: What is the current status of your apartment bedroom?

Forsey: My bed is made and my room is clean.

US: What is your opinion of shoes?

Forsey: I have worn flip-flops year-round since I was 14 years old. I’ve worn these particular Teva flip-flops for over 200 miles of hiking.

Forsey displays his obscure talent of rolling his tongue 360 degrees inside his mouth. He is a sophmore in resource management. (Michael Allen)
