Hockey team starts road trip with a win
The Utah State club hockey team started their its game road trip to Colorado with a 3-2 victory over the Pioneers of Denver University.
The Aggies jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the first period, but the Pioneers were able to tie the game in the third period. However, a penalty shot with less than a minute to play that captain Brian Gibbons converted into a goal was the game-winner.
Other Aggie goals came from Shaun Gibbons and Chris Videto.
