Dodgeball is here!
Ever since the great day when Vince Vaughn put an end to the trash talking of Ben Stiller in everyone’s favorite movie, dodgeball, the search to mimic the play of this great movie has been in full swing. Random dodgeball games have sprung up everywhere including my house (yes we have lost the deposit because of this). I am pleased to inform everyone that the search has ended. An official dodgeball league has been formed in Salt Lake! This is a lot more than your typical grade school game. with teams of 6-12 players and 8-10 balls in play this game gets intense, fast. This game is not for the faint of heart with head shots being legal and an open court policy when one player is left. Sure Salt Lake is a little ways down the road but what better way to spend a wednesday night than pelting our U of U neighbors with a ball. I joined the league myself and have met with a lot of trash talking from the U of U teams that the Aggies were too scared to put together a team and play them. I would encourage everyone with Aggie pride and a good arm to put together a team and join the league. Sure their football team seems to be good this year but we have the opportunity to put the rest of their student body in their places with bruises and welts!
