Aggie Health Club is hosting its 2nd annual “USU’s Biggest Loser Competition!” Students and faculty compete while learning healthy eating and exercise habits. Applications due by Dec. 6. Email aggiehealth@aggiemail.usu.edu for applications or more information.

The Caine College of the Arts at USU will conclude its 2010 fall season with Unicorn Children’s Theatre’s “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” Dec. 16-18 at the Caine Lyric Theatre.

A team of Computer Science students, under the leadership of CS professor Chad Mano, is participating in an International Capture the Flag (iTCF) competition using the HPC@USU Visualization Lab all day today, December 3rd. Stop by and check it out. 1000 people from 72 international institutions are competing for the global prize.

Drunk, Drugged, and Drowsy Driving Week (3-D Week) is December 6-10. Join Student Health Services in preventing distracted driving all week across from the TSC Ballroom.

On Dec. 10 from 8-9 a.m. in the Education Atrium, we will be holding “Donuts with the Dean.” It will be a come-and-go opportunity for students in the college to come and meet the new dean and enjoy free donuts.

On Dec. 9, the sixth semi-annual Voices Reading will be held in the Performance Hall throughout the day from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Awards and cash prizes will be announced. For more info, contact susan.andersen@usu.edu.

We are selling chili and rolls on the tsc patio as a fundraiser put on by CHaSS Student Council Dec. 7 scheduled from 11-2. (although likely it will go to 1-1:30)  The price is 2 dollars. With that 2 dollars you get a bowl of chili and a roll.  We are offering both Chili with Meat and Vegetarian Chili.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a wacky Shakespearean comedy about love. The play is set in an enchanted forest where humans and fairies come together under the mischievous light of the midsummer moon. Sexual addiction recovery group for LDS males taught by a licensed psychotherapist.    Will use both clinical and spiritual principles. There is no charge.  The group is held each Tuesday night from 7:30- 8:45 P.M. at the Logan High Seminary building (basement classroom). The group has been running for a few months and individuals can start any week as it is an ongoing group.
