Nov. 2, 2002

Police responded to assist an individual who had put handcuffs on and lost the key. The handcuffs were removed from the complainant.

Nov. 3, 2002

Police received a report of a possible sexual assault. An individual reported that two male students raped her at an off-campus apartment. This investigation was turned over to the Logan City Police Department.

Police were notified of a man who wanted access to the Taggart Student Center and became agitated when the complainant would not let him in after hours. The subject left the area before police were able to locate and question him.

A vehicle window was found shattered in the B-East parking lot. A rock was found inside the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was contacted. She confirmed that nothing had been stolen.

A USU employee reported a stray dog near the Green Canyon Experiment Station bothering the sheep. The dog could not be located when police arrived.

Nov. 4, 2002

Police responded to the Laboratory Animal Research Center on a report of a liquid nitrogen spill. Police were not able to find the reported spill, nor were they able to find anyone who knew anything about one.

Police received a complaint of an obscene phone call from a resident in Aggie Village. The incident is under investigation.

Police received a report of a vehicle being keyed while it was parked in the radio station parking lot, east of Bullen Hall.

Nov. 5, 2002

A USU student reported that an unknown individual gained unauthorized access to one of his e-mail accounts and was sending e-mails to various people in his address book. Police are investigating the incident.
