“My wish for the world is for there to be more females in high positions like CEOs. Look at the former CEO of Reddit, Ellen Pao. She had to step down largely because of threats and discrimination she was getting because she was female, and now that is what people remember her for. Not for the great work, but because she was a woman. That needs to change.”
