BRHD reports over 80 new cases so far this week

The Bear River Health Department reported 42 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday and 41 today, bringing the total to 1,060 for Cache County.

The bulk of the Bear River Health District’s cases have been in Cache County, with 82 in Box Elder County and 2 in Rich County. Additionally, out of the 1,060 cases for Cache County, there are only 252 reported recoveries so far. There have also been 18 hospitalizations and one death confirmed by the BRHD for the county.

According to https://coronavirus.utah.gov/case-counts/, the state reports 14,937 current cases out of the 275,700 tested.
