All Dances are taught. Live music will be provided by the local band, TatterJack. The dance begins 7:30 p.m. with $4 admission. •Cache Valley Historical Society monthly meeting will take place Feb. 7, 7 p.m., at the Logan City Building (255 North Main). The program this month will feature a presentation by Larry Slade, local author, cowboy poet and singer, on “Cache Valley Heritage”. This event is free and open to the public. Info. His presentation is on Fossils of the Bear River Range. Paul will be discussing the paleoecology of the fossilized organsisms found in the area, with emphasis on Crinoids. His presentation will include a slideshow and a great collections of fossils from the Bear River Range. Everybody is welcome.•Come join science council. Meetings are held every Wednesday on the 3rd floor, TSC at 7 p.m.. It’s fun and it looks great on a resume.
