•Tax forms for Federal, Utah, and Idaho are available in the Merrill Library 1st floor by the mural. Tax preparation assistance is also available beginning February 15.

•Monty Python’s Holy Grail, hosted by Phi alpha Theta will be shown Jan 31, 7:00 p.m. Main 115. The movie will be preceded by a short lecture by Dr. Norm Jones. Everyone invited.

•USU Women’s Center Advisory Board is seeking nomination for “Women over 65 Achievement Awards”. Women eligible for recognition must reside in Cache Valley, be 65 years of age or older, and have made outstanding contriubutions to the advancement and equality of life for women on a local, state or national level. Guidelines are available USU Women’s Center, TSC 310.

•Applications are now available for membership in the USU chapter of PINNACLE, the national reentry honor society. Must be 26 years of age or older, be a junior or senior, have had a 5 year or more gap, at some point, in their education, have a 3.0 overall USU GPA, be involved in campus and or community activities, and be required to pay a $20 one-time national membership fee. •The Northern Utah Children’s HELP (Healthy Ears for Little People) has been organized to provide high-quality medical care for children and adults who have ear, nose, and throat problems, and who do not have other financial means available to them such as insurance, Medicaid, or the Chips Insurance. The clinic will be held on Jan 31, 6 p.m. at the new Cache Valley Specialty Hospital, 2380 N. 400 East, Suite D, North Logan. If you know someone who qualifies and would like to register for the clinic, call Frankie Clark 563-1617 or 563-3363. This clinic is held quarterly and is a free clinic for children and adults who do not have insurance.
