The award covers one semester of in-state tuition and includes publication in Petroglyph: A Journal of Creative Nature Writing. Submissions can take the form of essays, poetry, fiction or dramatic works that explore the interconnectedness of people and the environment. We especially encourage submissions that look at the way social justice informs human participation in ecological processes.
