Basketball team to hold tryouts
The USU men’s basketball team will hold walk-on tryouts Monday, Oct. 1 at 6 p.m. in the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.
Anyone interested must be a full-time student and must bring their own equipment to the tryouts. A current physical with the signature of a medical doctor is required to participate in the tryout and all participants must fill out a student-athlete tryout waiver form at least 72 hours prior to the tryout date. Tryout waiver forms can be found online at the athletics website.
The completed forms must be turned into Cody Fueger, director of basketball operations, in the men’s basketball office on the second floor of the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.
