Campus Activies (F.Y.I.) for Feb. 14, 2007
• The Reentry Student Association meeting will be held Thursday, February 15, noon-1 p.m., TSC, West Colony Room. Program will be “Academic Survival Tips, Reading & Studying Skills” by Penny Findlay. • Healthy Relationships Week, February 12 – 16. Come enjoy the fun on Thursday night with relationship workshops. 6-8 p.m. TSC Ballroom. Noah Riley, ASUSU president, and his wife, speak to students about dating and relationship. Questions welcome! Also, join in ‘Cupid takes Aim’ game in the TSC Ballroom, from 1-3 p.m. Lots of food, fun and prizes.
• Fiesta! Sweetheart Salsa on Friday, February 16 at the Celebration Center. Dinner 7 p.m., dancing 8 p.m. Dancing only $5, dinner and dancing $15. Salsa Dancing performance by the USU Salsa Club. Proceeds benefit humanitarian efforts in Mexico.
• The USU Outdoor Recreation Center is hosting an open house February 21, 4-8 p.m. at the Green Canyon yurt. Bring your skis or snowshoes, and make your way up to the yurt for free hot cocoa and coffee. A raffle for a free 2008 weekend stay will be held; $1 raffle tickets available only at the ORC, February 12-21. Call 797-3264 for more info.

• Seventh Annual Children’s Justice Center Chili Cookoff. The weather outside is “chili” but we’re hot to help abused kids! • Friday Night Activity, February 16, Institute Cultural Hall. “A Whole New World” IWA girls choice formal dance. 8:30-11:30 p.m. Formal attire, fun food and free. Everyone is invited.
