• Come and get a taste of the Orient and culture at the 3rd Annual TipToe into Asia Banquet. Friday, January 19, 6:30 p.m., TSC Ballroom. The cost will be $8 with an authentic Asian dinner and a show at 7 p.m. The show will feature a traditional dragon dance, cultural performers, a fashion show, plus more.

• Utah State University Women’s Center Advisory Board is seeking nominations for the “Women over 65 Achievement Awards.” Guidelines are available at the USU Women’s Center, Taggart Student Center, Room 315, or call 797-1728. We encourage faculty, staff, or students to nominate a woman over 65 for this honor.

• Museum of Anthropology will be hosting Tuesday night activities from 6-7 pm. Each week will have fun activities focusing on a different exhibit. Admission is free. Old Main Building, room 252. Free parking is available in the Old Main South parking lot

• Genetic Holocaust Opening Reception. 7-9 p.m. Thatcher-Young Mansion (35 W 100 S). Free to the public. The Alliance for the Varied Arts presents “Genetic Holocaust” an installational exhibition prepared by Israeli artist Liat Ben-Shay. The exhibit will continue through January 27.
