Fore! Golf tourney set for Big Blue club

The Utah State University Cache County Aggie Chapter is holding its annual golf tournament Friday, June 10. A pre-tournament barbeque dinner starts at 6 p.m. with the tournament immediately following.

An 18-hole course will cover the Old Main hillside and includes distances of 60-150 yards. The format is a four-person scramble with only one club allowed per person (wedges only).

The tournament cost is $35 per player or $140 per team. Hole sponsorships are $100 and include hole signage and recognition on the tournament banner. For those interested in the dinner only, the cost is $10 per person. Live music will be provided on the alumni house patio throughout dinner and the tournament. All proceeds support the Cache County Alumni scholarship fund.

At the conclusion of the tournament, all participants will be treated to Aggie Ice Cream and prizes will be awarded, including best score, worst score, hole-in-one, oldest team and youngest team.
