Goal 1: First-year student retention – Increase an average of 2 percent per year for five years, 3 percent for international and ethnic-minority students.
Goal 2: High-ability student retention – Increase an average of 3 percent per year for five years.
Goal 3: Majority, international and ethnic-minority student graduation rates – Increase 6-year graduation rates an average of 1.5 percent per year for six years.
Goal 4: Transfer student retention – Increase an average of 4 percent per year for five years.
Goal 5: Extension student retention and graduation – Increase by a percent and in a timeframe yet to be determined.
