In the dance: Here’s info you need to know about Boise games

Tim Olsen

With no chance of being left out of the dance, USU was able to enjoy watching Sunday’s selection show on CBS for the first time in a long time.
It took a few minutes and at least one disappointment – when it was announced that BYU would face the Aggies … of Texas A&M – but when the selection was announced, there was a roar of applause from players, coaches and fans.
USU was awarded a No. 11 seed in the tournament and will face No. 6 seed Marquette in the Boise, Idaho regional Friday.
“It’s just fabulous we’re going to Boise. It’s close for our fans, number one, and number two, it’s a place we’ve played and are used to playing on that court,” Morrill said of the announcement. “We’re unbelievably happy to be in, and pleased with where we’re playing.”            Marquette enters the NCAA tournament in a bit of a tail spin having lost five of their final six games after senior guard Dominic James and his 11 rebounds and five assists a game were lost for the season with a broken foot.
Wilkinson expressed his feelings after the announcement.
“They’re a great team … I’m excited, I’m confident and I’m confident in our team,” he said. “I think that we’re going to go out and give the best effort we have and I think that we can do some damage in the tournament. I’m looking forward to it.”
Student tickets for Friday’s game go on sale Monday at 9 a.m. and can be purchased in the USU student card office. The price for the single session ticket is $65, and students are limited to one ticket per student card.
