LETTER: Campaigns not professional

In response to Nic Gordon’s editorial (Opinion & Analysis, March 30), I would just like to say that I am in fact excited about the upcoming ASUSU elections. Mostly I just like the free Tootsie Rolls, but I also can’t wait to see which qualified candidates we’ll be privileged to have working for us next year. Hopefully, this year’s group will have platforms equally as bold as last year’s. My favorites were: “Get Lovesacs in the Taggart Student Center” and “Serve the AGGIES with all my heart!” I just love the professional atmosphere created by all the festivities, too. The best part is counting how many times the candidates can break copyright laws and finding which ones used the same campaign slogans they used at Viewmont High. Boy! Am I ever excited!
