LETTER: Professor needs sensitivity

Dear Editor,

I am writing this letter to make the campus aware of a professor with extremely bad taste with comments made recently. While preparing for a test today (Oct. 16) the professor got agitated with the noise in the room and threatened to “dust the tests with Anthrax” if the class did not get quiet.

How insensitive could the professor be? Does the professor not realize the inappropriateness of the comment? All I am trying to say is people need to watch what they say, these are emotional times we live in now.
