LETTER: We’ll all go someday

To the editor:

I have plenty to say about the insurance issue so many of us have seen in the Statesman. I don’t feel much like arguing the point over and over again, but I do have a question. How is it that those of us [and I am one of them] without insurance are 25% “more likely to die?” I thought the likelihood of everyone’s death was 100%? Is there an insurance plan that will keep me alive forever? If so, could you please send me a brochure? Have you been reading about Ray Kurzweil again?
