March 1, 2002 An individual called to report a lost diamond bracelet and black Nokia cell phone on campus.

An individual reported to police he observed a verbal confrontation between two individuals and was concerned for their welfare. Police located the two individuals and confirmed the confrontation was only verbal.

Police received a report of possible drug activity on campus. The matter is being investigated.

Police responded to West Stadium Villa on a report of a child having been burned by hot water. The individual was transported to Logan Regional Hospital for further care.March 2, 2002 Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in The Junction. When police arrived, the person could not be located. The area was checked and no problems were found.

March 3, 2002 A broken window on the south side of the Fieldhouse was reported to police. This window appears to have been broken from the inside by a baseball or similar-sized object.

USU police assisted Logan City police in the arrest of a lewdness suspect.

Police responded to a fire alarm at the Nutrition and Food Science Building. This alarm had gone off several other times during the weekend. No cause for the alarm was found.March 4, 2002 Police responded to the Taggart Student Center Skyroom on a report of a woman having a diabetic problem. Logan Fire paramedics also responded and checked the person. The woman was given juice and released to friends.

Police responded to the Edith Bowen Laboratory School on a report of a suspicious substance. Police are investigating the incident.

USU campus police assisted Logan City police on a traffic stop in which an individual was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

March 5, 2002 Police responded to the Engineering Laboratory Building on a report of a student trapped in an elevator. The doors to the elevator were opened and the problem is being fixed.

March 6, 2002 Police took a report of several male subjects in a car making obscene gestures at the elementary students in front of Edith Bowen Laboratory School. The teachers were able to get a license plate number from the car. Investigation is continuing.

March 7, 2002 Police responded to a possible civil dispute in an Aggie Village apartment. Two roommates were found to have had a disagreement. The resident director was left to resolve the problem.
