March 15, 2002 USU Campus Police assisted Logan City Police with a loud house party off campus.

USU Police responded to a report of a hit and run traffic accident involving a maroon Chrysler New Yorker in the A4 parking lot near the USU Press Building. Damage is estimated at $150.

An individual who had been asked to leave Greaves Hall for creating disturbances on numerous occasions was advised not to return or he may be arrested for trespassing.

USU Police responded to a report of soliciting at the Water Research Laboratory. The individuals were found to have been invited by a Water Research Laboratory employee.

USU Police responded to a report of a suspicious smell in a Richards Hall apartment.

March 16, 2002 USU Police responded to the parking lot on the south side of Merrill Hall on a report of a group of people damaging a vehicle there. The incident was found to be an activity which USU Housing and Food Services had organized using an old donated vehicle. No further action was taken.

USU Police responded to a vehicle parked in the bus loading area near the Eccles Jones Education Building. The vehicle had broken down and the owners were in the process of moving it. No further action was taken.

March 18, 2002 USU Police received a report of an individual who was repeatedly receiving phone calls at late hours. USU Police are investigating the incident.

A faculty member reported to police some disruptive behavior exhibited by two of her students. Investigation is continuing.

USU Police responded to a room in Snow Hall concerning an odor of marijuana. Investigation is continuing.March 19, 2002 USU Police picked up two bags of cash which had been misplaced by vending.

March 20, 2002 USU Police responded to 900 East U.S. Highway 89 on a report of a tarp in the roadway. USU Police located the tarp and moved it off the road.

USU Police received a report of a suspicious circumstance involving a vehicle. USU Police searched the area and were not able to find a problem.

USU Police found a shopping cart on the west side of the HPER Building. USU Police are attempting to return the property to the owner.

USU Police responded to a report of two individuals forcing their way into a building on campus. The two individuals were warned for trespassing.

March 21, 2002 USU Police received a report of an unsecured building on campus. Facilities employees found an open door at the Art Barn. Police checked the building and found no problems.

USU Police responded to 700 North and 1000 East on a report of lewd conduct. The suspect was seen on a skateboard exposing his buttocks. The investigation is continuing.

An individual reported being touched inappropriately by a stranger while in the Merrill Library. The suspect is described as a white male with blond hair balding on top, wearing a brown leather jacket and black jeans. USU Police are investigating the event.

USU Police responded to a report of a child choking. The child was transported to the Emergency Room at Logan Regional Hospital by a private party.

USU Police responded to assist HPER personnel with unauthorized users of the facility. The violators were warned and asked to leave.
