Friday, Sept. 10, 2004 USU Police responded to Snow Hall on a report of alcohol being consumed by students. When the police spoke to the resident assistant, they were able to locate the students and confirm the use of alcohol in the apartment.
USU Police arrested three underage males for minor in possession of alcohol during a routine traffic stop on a vehicle with a headlight out.
Campus Police responded to a report of a disorderly conduct/dispute in progress, between Mountain View Tower and Richards Hall. However, when the police arrived there were no problems discovered.
Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004
USU Police responded to a medical assist at the Stadium during the football game. A female student had passed out. Logan EMS responded and transported the victim to the hospital. Campus Police responded to a medical assist on 1380 N 800 East and found an intoxicated individual that fell into the canal. The individual was transported to Logan Regional Hospital for injuries and cited for public intoxication.
Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004
USU Police received a report of a traffic accident. An individual ran his bike into a vehicle that was pulling onto the roadway. The damage to the vehicle was estimated at $200.
USU Police responded to a report of individuals jumping off the balcony of Richards Hall. However, no one was located.
Campus Police received a request to do a welfare check on a student., however upon police arrival the student came home.
