Romantic honeymoon spots for new couples

After all the planning and preparing for the big day, comes planning for the honeymoon. This is the chance for the bride and groom to get away and enjoy each others’ company, but where should they go? Here are some potential places to go and have the ultimate romantic getaway.

  1. Hawaii

Beaches, hiking, relaxing and dozens of other adventures await couples in the 50th state of Hawaii. Take surf lessons or explore hidden waterfalls for a unforgettable trip. No matter what island couples visit, they will find that iconic Hawaiian charm and tropical paradise awaits them.

2. Italy

Newlyweds can stuff themselves with pizza and pasta to no end in the beautiful country of Italy. Italy offers many historical and artistic cities like Rome or Florence. If couples would rather swim in the Mediterranean they can head to the Amalfi coast.

3. The Caribbean

White sand beaches and miles of palm trees line the islands of the Caribbean. The turquoise blue sea can serve as the perfect honeymoon backdrop. Explore Jamaica, the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic or Belize. They all have unique and different cultures that will create a vibrant honeymoon experience.

4. France

France is home to Paris, otherwise known as the “city of love”. Couples can spend their vacation strolling along the Seine while munching on crepes and escargot. Spend the day like royals at the Palace of Versaille and don’t forget to take a trip up the Eiffel Tower.

5. Indonesia

Indonesia islands make up some of the best places to truly get away. Particularly Bali has become a popular destination for its cheap prices once you get there. Its beaches and impressive greenery will make for a wild honeymoon that newlyweds will never forget.

6. Disney Resort

Seriously, if newlyweds have a soft spot for a certain talking mouse then a Disney resort is the place to go. With on-property hotels and special experiences, Disney resorts do a pretty good job creating a magic experience for their guests. Nothing says “we are in love” better than a nice couple selfie in front of the castle.
