Shocking situation

A Logan City Worker tries to untangle a paragliding sail wrapped around a power line that crosses over 400 North in Logan on Wednesday afternoon. Troy Bovo, a junior at Utah State University was paragliding when a crosswind caught his sail and pushed him south of campus. Bovo paraglides regularly and usually tries to land in the Quad on the USU campus. Bovo was not injured.
