Utah Statesman: Why did you choose Utah State University?

Ryan Reeder: It’s close to home, my siblings went to USU and my parents are also USU alumni. I guess it’s just convenient.

US: What are your plans after college?

Reeder: Find a job and leave Cache Valley.

US: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Reeder: Rich, famous, getting paid and getting laid.

US: What’s your favorite thing about USU?

Reeder: The cute, cute girls.

US: What do you like least about USU?

Reeder: I mostly love everything about it. I’m the biggest, bluest Aggie you’ve ever seen but I do hate the stairs in the Merrill Library.

US: What’s your philosophy of life?

Reeder: Live life with no regrets

US: If you had five hours of free time right now, and money was not an issue, what would you do?

Reeder: I would fly to New Orleans for lunch. They have good Cajun food.

US: If you won an all-expense paid trip for two weeks, where would you go, Why?

Reeder: I would go to Tahiti, because I love that Tahitian swerve.

US: What three words best describe you?

Reeder: Cynical, sarcastic and monotone.

US: If money were not an object what would you do for a living?

Reeder: I think I would work with disadvantaged children.

US: What’s the biggest risk you’ve ever taken?

Reeder: One time at the dog racing track, I bet on this dog that was supposed to win. He didn’t win and I lost $2,000.

US: If everyone was exactly like you, what would the world be like?

Reeder: It would be the best place ever. People would be happier, kinder and more loving probably.

US: Who is the most famous person you’ve ever met?

Reeder: I ran into Uncle Rico from “Napolean Dynamite” at the Film Festival.

US: If you could go on tour with a band, who would it be?

Reeder: I think I’d like to go on tour with Destiny’s Child because of the back stage changing that are happening. I would like to be involved in that. I really want to get to know them better because they seem really nice.

US: What were the last three books you chose to read?

Reeder: I read “the Indian in the Cupboard” in Junior High. On my own, though, I read “Lord of the Flies” and “The History of the Electric Guitar.”

US: Describe the best day of your life.

Reeder: In high school when I scored the winning touch down in an important football game. I partied with the cheerleaders after. It was probably the best day ever.-kap@cc.usu.edu
