Tony Benford Leaving Utah State For Another Opportunity

Utah State’s head men’s basketball coach Stew Morrill announced on Wednesday that Tony Benford, who was recently hired as an assistant coach for the Aggies, has had a change of heart and will not be working for USU.

“Tony has definitely set a new record for the shortest tenure as an assistant coach at Utah State,” said Morrill with a chuckle. “Tony is a good person and a quality coach and we wish him and his family well.” -USU-
