Update: Biden wins Nevada, Trump refuses to concede

On Saturday morning the Associated Press called the 2020 presidential race for Democrat candidate Joe Biden.

As of writing, Biden has 284 electoral votes following a win in Pennsylvania.

AP calls Nevada for Biden, bringing his electoral count to 290.

Immediately following the announcement that Biden was the presumptive winner of the election, Trump’s team released a statement:

“We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner,” Trump said in the statement. “The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states.”

The statement claims that, on Monday, Trump’s team will start prosecuting his case in court.
